Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security depoisit will be
forfieted, refund of the advanced
rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to
occupy the vacated time reserved under this contract. If we are able to
rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee
for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The
option of trading your time in for a later time may be considered, based
on availability. Any increases in the fee (Fees are established in
January of each year and will be posted on the website) will need to be
paid.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY
No refunds will be given unless: The National Weather
Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning
area" and/or A
"mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day
that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in
a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any
unused portion of rent from a guest currently renting Any
advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled
to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
